What type of lubricant should I use, and are there any I should avoid?
Always use a water-based lubricant with our sleeves and The Oh! vibrator. Silicone-based lubricants will degrade TPE and silicone materials over time, shortening their lifespan. Oil-based lubricants are not recommended either. Our own water-based and warming lubes are formulated to be compatible with all products in the range.
Is the lubricant safe for use with condoms and other toys?
Yes. Our Water-Based Lubricant is compatible with latex, polyisoprene, and polyurethane, making it safe to use with condoms. It’s also safe for use across all toys in our range. The formula is skin-tested and free from ingredients known to cause irritation for most users.
Can I rely on your discretion regarding invoicing, packaging and shipment?
Yes, every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product description on the outside. Your bank or card statement will show a neutral company name, so your purchase remains completely private from packaging to billing.
Depending on your country, standard shipping or customs documents may be attached externally as required, but these are kept as discreetly as possible.
What is the estimated delivery time?

If I change my mind, can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns for unopened packages of The Handy/The Oh within 14 days of the original purchase date. Accessories are not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returned Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A valid proof of purchase is required.
A Return of Unopened Package Fee of USD 30.00 / EUR 30.00 will apply to all eligible returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
