Get the Pro if:
- You care about battery life. 60% more capacity (3200 vs. 2000 mAh) is the headline difference, and it matters more than people expect.
- You want top speed and turbo mode. Pro goes up to 800 mm/s overclocked; Standard caps at 400.
- You want the device to feel future-proof. Pro is the flagship and gets the best of everything.
Get the Standard if:
- Budget matters, and you’d rather put the savings toward sleeves. Sleeves arguably change the experience more than the device tier does.
- You’re new to the category and want to try the platform before committing to the top spec.
- Your sessions are shorter, and battery anxiety isn’t a real concern.
Both run the same software, take the same sleeves, and connect to the same Handyverse ecosystem. Same dimensions, same charging, same connectivity. The Pro is a better device; the Standard is the same experience with tighter specs. Neither is a wrong choice.
If you’re on the fence: Get the Pro. The price difference is smaller than the regret if you find yourself wishing you had the better battery six months in.

I’m left handed. Can I still use The Handy 2?
Yes, we have an inverted mode so you can rotate the device and hold it with your left hand. The display, controls, and stroke direction can be inverted via the app.
Do I have to hold The Handy 2 the whole time?
No. The Handy 2 has two built-in mounting points for handsfree setups. If you want a compatible option from our store, see Handsfree Desk Mount.
Is The Handy 2 waterproof?
The Handy 2 is not waterproof. Keep the device away from water; exposure to water can cause permanent damage.
Can I rely on your discretion regarding invoicing, packaging and shipment?
Yes, every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product description on the outside. Your bank or card statement will show a neutral company name, so your purchase remains completely private from packaging to billing.
Depending on your country, standard shipping or customs documents may be attached externally as required, but these are kept as discreetly as possible.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout; express options are available in most countries. As a general rule, the following shipping time applies:
- Regular shipping (4-7 working days)
- Express shipping (2-4 working days)
A tracking number is issued as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, so you can follow its progress.
If I change my mind, can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns for unopened packages of The Handy/The Oh within 14 days of the original purchase date. Accessories are not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returned Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A valid proof of purchase is required.
A Return of Unopened Package Fee of USD 30.00 / EUR 30.00 will apply to all eligible returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
