Sweet Tech has a confidential whistleblowing procedure in place whereby potential breaches of these guidelines can be reported confidentially. All reports are followed in a responsible and timely manner. Sweet Tech’s whistleblowing procedure complies with the European Union Whistleblowing Directive 2019/1937 and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
Any person can report their concerns by using the link located below. The system is designed, established and operated in a secure manner that ensures the confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity and that any third party mentioned in the reporting is protected, and that prevents unauthorized access to it.
Once a report has been submitted:
1. A confirmation of receipt of the report is given to the reporting person within seven days.
2. Sweet Tech’s Head of HR and Compliance, with the assistance of the HR department, will follow up on the reports. No other person or entity is authorized to access the reports or the reporting system.
3. Sweet Tech will review the report in a timely manner and will respond in a maximum of three (3) months.
